1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking free consultations, or entering into software scoping agreements with Rudra IT Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or services.
2. Development Services & Delivery
All custom software projects, mobile app implementations, and AI pipeline setups are delivered under specific fixed-price or sprint-based scoping milestone sheets. Expected timeline calculations (like the 6-8 weeks average MVP build) are estimates and depend on timely feedback and design approvals.
3. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership
Unless explicitly defined otherwise in a separate custom Software Agreement, 100% of the repository source code, system designs, Figma wireframe assets, and databases built for your product are transferred directly to you upon completion and final payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rudra IT Solutions provides software design and engineering consulting on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for server downtime, third-party API outages (e.g. OpenAI or Stripe API changes), or any direct or indirect business disruptions that occur after the code repositories have been transferred to your control.
5. Modifying Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of our site or consulting channels constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
